Values

Imago Dei: We are made in God's Image and each participant will be treated with dignity, honor, and respect;  regardless of their past, current situation or beliefs.

Freedom: The ultimate goal is that our participants come to taste the freedom and joy found in the accomplished work of Christ on their behalf.

Dignity: We want each of our participants to feel honored and cared for. We know that many people coming out of a life of addiction will struggle with shame and self-worth (identity). We want to help change that internal narrative by creating an atmosphere that is high-quality, honoring, and provides excellent care for our people.

Community: We know that God will utilize connection and relationships to foster healing in people's lives. Connecting our participants to coaches and the local church is the best way to foster community and create life-long healthy relationships.

Honesty: We know that in order to heal, we must be honest with ourselves and others. It is important to have the ability to speak truthfully with our neighbors and with God.

Safety: We will provide a culture that will create safety for individuals to be honest and openly discuss their lives by making confidentiality a high priority. We hold all staff and group participants highly accountable to this standard.

Suffering: Human suffering is not a surprise to God. He knows how to walk us through dark seasons and how to restore our lives. Suffering is a part of life that cannot be avoided. We will not avoid suffering or difficult topics, but allow it to be what it is and trust that God will redeem it. We will also carry each other's burdens.

Redemption: We understand that redemption is not saying bad things are now "good". We believe Redemption means the bad thing that happened is not the end of the story. God can turn it around and restore to us the years the locusts have eaten.
